First-Aid Kit Packing Checklist
Nothing like being prepared when an emergency comes along, even when is a small one!
You may want to take a Travel First Aid Kit along wherever you go.
We recommend packing the following items as a precaution (disregard or add whatever you want according to your trip)
General (must haves)
[ ] Adult aspirin, acetaminophen or ibuprofen (pain relievers)
[ ] Infant aspirin, acetaminophen or substitute
[ ] Dramamine
[ ] Anti-bacterial gel for hand washing without water
[ ] Antiseptic ointment
[ ] Anti-diarrhea medicine
[ ] Insect repellent
[ ] Ipecac
[ ] Sunscreen
[ ] Ointment for insect bites and sunburn
[ ] Adhesive bandages in various sizes, adhesive tape and gauze pads
[ ] Premoistened towelettes (make your own by putting paper towels in a weak solution of mild dish soap and water) or baby wipes
[ ] Tissues
[ ] Antihistamine or allergy medication
[ ] Antacid (Tums, etc)
[ ] Cough medicine and/or throat lozenges
[ ] Petroleum jelly or Vaseline
[ ] Oral and rectal (for baby) thermometers
[ ] Tweezers and needle (for removing splinters)
[ ] Fingernail scissors
[ ] Cotton balls and/or swabs (Q-tips)
[ ] Antiseptic soap
[ ] Moleskin in case of blisters
[ ] First aid book
[ ] Lotion for diaper rash
[ ] Teething medicine
[ ] Nasal aspirator for baby
[ ] List of Emergency phone numbers (Doctors, poison control center, etc.)
